Returns & Refunds Policy

At Krithvi Masala™, we take care to ensure that every order is packed and delivered in good condition. Since our products are food and spice products, returns are subject to the conditions below.

1. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive:

A damaged or leaking product

A product damaged during delivery

A product different from what you ordered

A missing product from your order

A product with an apparent packaging or quality issue

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number

Your name and contact number

Photographs of the product

Photographs of the outer packaging

A short description of the issue

This information helps us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

2. Time Limit for Reporting an Issue

Any damage, incorrect product, missing item, or delivery-related issue should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after this period may be considered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

3. Food & Spice Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or tampered food/spice products are generally not eligible for return.

We may also refuse a return where the product has been:

Opened or consumed

Used or altered

Damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

Returned without the original packaging where packaging is necessary to verify the issue

This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Where we determine that a product was damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise eligible for a remedy, we may provide, depending on the circumstances:

A replacement product

A refund

A partial refund

Another appropriate resolution

The resolution will be determined after reviewing the reported issue.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

We will communicate the refund status where appropriate.

6. Cancellation of Orders

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched, by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is accepted after payment has been made, any applicable refund will be processed according to this policy and applicable law.

7. Return Shipping

Where Krithvi Masala™ confirms that a product needs to be returned, we will provide instructions regarding the return.

Do not send products back to us without contacting us first.

Where the return is due to an error attributable to Krithvi Masala™ or a product damaged before delivery, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.

Where a return is requested for another reason and a return is legally permitted, applicable return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Name

Mobile number

Complete delivery address

PIN code

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges or re-dispatch arrangements may apply.

9. Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us by the courier because it could not be delivered, we will review the circumstances before processing any applicable refund.

Any refund may be adjusted for applicable shipping, return, or other charges where legally permitted.
